The Rally of the Tests was an International Historic Regularity Rally run under a licence issued by the FIA. Organised by the Classic Rally Association (HERO Events Ltd) it started in Chester and finished in Harrogate, via night stops in Stoke and Windermere. See www.craevents.eu for details.
