18th RAC Rally of the Tests supported by RAC Motoring Services and the Royal Automobile Club.
Organised by HERO Events Ltd and a qualifying round of the 2019 HERO Cup, in association with the Classic Yacht Experience. Run under the regulations of the Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens (FIVA).
The RAC Rally of the Tests 2019 started from the English Riviera town of Torquay with a short but taxing prologue. On Friday, they took in some of the ‘Testers’ favourite venues through the West Country on the way to the overnight halt in Bristol. Saturday saw the event crossing into Wales on the way to the overnight halt in Stoke. The final day was a mix of Regularities and Tests in and out of Wales before the finishing in the City of Chester.
