Running from Friday 15th March to Sunday 17th March 2013 the Poppy Regularity Rally was organised by the Classic Rally Association (HERO Events Ltd) in association with the Ypres Rally Organisation as a Historic Regularity Rally under a licence issued by the FIA. Based in Ypres (Belgium) it was a round of the FIA Trophy for Regularity Rallies and counted for the HERO Cup in association with EFG International
Winner: Eddie D'Hoe/Bjorn van Overschelde, car 3, MGB GT V8
